i woke up pretty late today and decided i should go running. i didnt know how hot it was or anything but i needed some excercise. it was like 85 degrees outside and i ran to 7-11 and albertsons and patterson.. i weighed myself and got kind of depressed.
my dad came home after that sorta and we went to alberstons and i got two movies definitely, maybe andd over her dead body. we also went to 7-11 again and i really didnt want to get anything but i slipped and got a soda :[
i went home and basically layed on the couch all effing day. watched the movies and ate wayyy too much. i hate binging. i cant even believe i did it on a day i weighed myself either. thats so stupid.
ugh FAT.
i was way better off when i was on caffeine.

im painting my nails 'skin tight denim' right now. its fun.
taking ryan's senior pictures tomorrow and possibly kevins too.
that will hopefully be fun.
i need more things to do that arent destructive.
